Introducing the Abbott S.M.A.R.T System

The Self-Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting Technology System (S.M.A.R.T. System)

The Abbott S.M.A.R.T. System will help ease the stringent requirements that come along with heat treat standards like AIAG CQI9 and others that require data collection, and monthly or quarterly tests to validate equipment performance. The system is designed to save your team valuable time and money.

The S.M.A.R.T. System collects the required data, sends daily reports for management review, and has the ability to send text messages or emails to maintenance or quality personnel to respond to a potential problem. It also has the ability to automate the system accuracy test (SAT) and deliver the report via email.  It also saves furnace trend data like temperatures, belt speed, fan speed, and any other relevant data the customer wants to trend. It also offers programmed reminders for instrument calibration and annual thermal uniformity tests (TUS).

For more information or a demonstration of the S.M.A.R.T. System call Abbott Furnace at 814-781-6355 or click here to request information.
